"Highly recommended."
"Loved the introduction to a new experience as I look forward to the teacher training. Anna spends hours with us, explaining the history and concepts, going through the steps, helping correct and adapt positions, working with mantras and mudras. She’s very knowledgable, has tons of experience with people from all over the world and is an absolutely wonderful and inspiring presence. There was a combination of reading material, video library of demonstrations and lectures, and suggested exercises. At the end of each session I felt a real sense of lightness and accomplishment. Highly recommended."
